Refund + Cancellation
All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours of notice and we will be happy to use your store credit for a later date. To cancel, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue your store credit. Orders canceled within 24 hours of the order time/date will not be eligible for rescheduling or store credit.
Please provide clear instructions or any necessary gate codes for our delivery drivers.
An individual must be present to accept the delivery since our boards must be refrigerated if not served immediately. The delivery window will be thirty minutes before and after the requested time. If there is a change in the schedule, we will reach out to you to confirm that the recipient is available. If no one is present to accept the delivery, we will unfortunately not be able to leave it at the door due to quality assurance. Please contact us asap if you have changes in your schedule and we are happy to accommodate.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long can I keep my board in the refrigerator for?
We always recommend serving your charcuterie board the same day, a board in the fridge for a few hours is perfectly fine. However, if you are serving next-day, let us know and we'll package the crackers separately for you! That way, they stay crunchy and your board can go in the refrigerator overnight.
If my guests are allergic to something or have a dietary restriction, can you accommodate?
Absolutely! We can customize your board so that every guest is able to enjoy it. Vegetarian, vegan, nut-free, gluten-free, - you name it!
How much are grazing tables?
Our grazing tables are custom made for each event, so you can fill out our inquiry form on the Grazing Table tab or send an email to email@example.com for the full grazing menu.
How far do you travel for grazing tables?
We can travel as far as Los Angeles and San Diego. Travel fees are calculated based on the specific location and date!
